It's not quite a parody, perhaps a quasi-novelty, but I honestly can't get enough of the various videos of characters acting out the walk from an old Treasure Island film from Russia.

Reggie and the Full Effect has a couple of parody songs they do on their albums.  Mostly parodying a style of music.  I'm a big fan of their Finish death metal ban Common Denominators.
