I have a copy of the Mega Man manual for Game Gear that's in the exact same shape. It's missing a cover has some text scribbled in it. I bought the game at auction and got it at the top-end of average. Basically, the auction price was solid BIN price, so I assumed the value of the manual was the value difference of a reasonable auction vs. a BIN price.
