Am I understanding your post correctly that this is a port? I am pretty sure it is a port of her own game. If you check out her itch.io page, she made several projects in the Aspect family. Aspect Star 2, mentions it is the sequel to Aspect Star, and provides a link. The link however is a dead link that leads to her blog main page that no longer has that entry.
