New NES Hint Book Discovered! Captain Planet!

For the long term paper collectors, the NES era Hint Books / Clue Books can be quite collectible.  Dain himself authored a big Hint Book article in the NA eZine, issue April 2010, that listed the confirmed versions and their relative rarities.  The rarities have changed over the years and the "NA effect" of everyone searching for them 24/7 has worn off, but it's pretty cool to discover an unconfirmed version all these years later!

It's a Captain Planet Hint Book, basically 2 full size papers printed on both sides then folded in the middle to make pages, no staples.  Nintendo logo on front, copyright on back, and text descriptions of what to do in Levels 1 - 5 in the guide.  Figured this one was worthy of a post!

This is neat! BTW, was that mail-order map of Faria ever discovered?

Yeah long ago (10 years+ now), at one point I infuriated quite a few people getting one and taking like a 4000x3000 resolution high dpi scan of both sides and then put the masters and a PDF too of the thing on a personal web space but also over on digital press (still is there, both places.)  The map is beyond helpful due to the questionably aggravating designs of the dungeons.   http://tanooki.byethost8.com/faria.html

Can anyone tell us what is going on with the guy on top?
