What gets me is that graphic feels European.  I remember when I was in German class, we watched these immersion videos from time to time (which were honestly geared toward younger kids) but the graphic style was odd and a lot like Geoff.

If there was an Ikea-like version of Big Lots, I could see something like this existing in Scandinavia or Denmark.  Maybe not but from my limited experience, this just feels European.

He's on a 12 hours difference and keeps sometimes strange hours, give it time.

That thing is truly strange.  I mean it is dead, or just functionally crippled.  It could just be a bad trace, cold solder joint somewhere (maybe even to the power adapter port.)  Odds are it's fairly easily fixed if you know how solder and test the lines.  It would come down it being worth sending it to someone first before overseas mail to get it going, or just leave it be.

If Gloves manages to snag it, and it ends up my way, I'd definitely say it wouldn't be worth sending to someone for repair first.

I'd examine it fully first, to try to date it and figure out more about it. As for repairs, I have my own crew of Famicom/clone specialists/engineers that could help, should it be determined that this is even worth repairing.

As an aside, unless for nostalgia reasons or something, most Famiclones aren't worth repairing, as it's easy to find a machine if one wants to actually, umm, play games. If we were putting it in a museum setup or something then that's a totally different story though, and who knows, if I had my druthers than we would.

One of my friends found a couple NES multicarts. They are both 110 in 1 carts. Apparently both of them are the same, just with different labels. One of them was found at a local game store, but I'm not sure where he found the other one (a listing? A swap meet?). Both were local purchases, though. Since he had two, he gave me this one with a Pac-Man label a few years ago.

Earlier this month, I bought this plug and play called the Super Joy III:

And another one called the Kool Kidz (which I got for free):

And now there's this Super Jeff Famicom thing on Craigslist. Is it just me, or are bootlegs (especially Famicom stuff) becoming more common in Canada?

It’s all coming together we can now make a YouTube series about trying to track down the elusive Super Jeff through the Northwest Territories and running into Canadian celebrities like Ryan Reynolds and Seth Rogan

I really don't want to meet either of those people lol.

@Gloves I’m guessing we didn’t get the Super Jeff?

"We"?!  Since when did this become a community thing, and I want a piece?  Others may buy a sealed, first-run SMB and "piece" out the investment, but this community--we invest exclusively in Super Jeffs!

Quite, someone prep up an NFT for this thing!

I'm already in love with this idea.  Where's the GoFundMe?
