SNES: Chrono Trigger, FF4, FF5, FF6, Mario RPG, Secret of Mana

PS1: FF7, FF8, FF9, Chrono Cross, Legend of Mana, FF Tactics, Vagrant Story

Yes I realize this is not all of them on either system but these are the heaviest hitters on both imo. Both have an amazing lineup and it's hard to choose but I went with PS1 just because of FF7 & 9, two of my favorite games of all time.

PS1, hands down.   You got all of those SNES games plus FF V in anthologies/chronicles but then there was FF VII, FF IX, FFT, Xenogears, Brave Fencer Musashiden, Vagrant Story, Parasite Eve, Bu

SNES for me but then...the PlayStation was a console I didn't start getting exposure to until way late and even then, I haven't played it nearly as much as most other consoles. SNES boasts not on
