NEW BOUNTIES!

$100 - Proof of other undiscovered numbers

$50 - Photo of carts listed in Yellow, Orange, or Red

  • #0026
  • #0084
  • #0122
  • #0150
  • #0160
  • #0182
  • #0340

$10 - Any new photo not in my database of a green listed cartridge. Go ahead, make some money at a convention by snapping a photo of a cart there. But there's one rule, only the first person at that event can receive the payout if it's in a display case....I'll count it as unique if you manage to hold it outside of the display cabinet.

NOTE: The "Confirmed with No Photos" copies are considered known to exist because they were previously discussed on NintendoAge or are listed in graded Pop Reports. Photos have since been removed from the internet and no known photos currently exist but are reliable enough to count.

The one "Rumored" copies are from very reliable sources who wish to remain anonymous. I do not have any photos to prove they exists, but I am highly confident that this source has no reason to lie especially considering that other items used to be on this same list.

All cartridges in green or yellow are confirmed to exist. The 1 cartridge with a blurry photo is too blurry to make out the number, but its number is known because of past NintendoAge discussion. It may as well be considered "Confirmed with No Photo" since the blurry photo is the only one that I could find.

PRIVACY NOTICE

It is my solemn duty not to track owners, or sales data.

IF YOU OWN A COPY AND WOULD LIKE TO KEEP ITS NUMBER A SECRET, PLEASE ALLOW ME TO KEEP YOUR SECRET SAFE. I have other confirmed numbers not publicly listed, and you can have yours added to the secret list.

Damn, thought I could be helpful 😅

Hey, don't sweat it. I love getting messages like this. Sometimes it randomly leads to more NWCs not on my list.

I saw a lead on 150 recently. Got that one?

I...do not! If you find a picture let me know. For now, I'll consider adding it to the "Rumored" list on my PC, along with #0345.

He has 150 next to Nintendo World Championships but I don't know if that's a total quantity (so he thinks) or the number of the one he has seen. He has 50 next to the gold so maybe it's a quantity.

Thanks for the information, but because of my privacy policy, I do not track any owners of any of these cartridges (past, present, or future)

Edit: Also- for those who care, I re-uploaded the list.

I just saw this.  I dunno if you saw my DM yet though.  I didn't think this list was up so I couldn't check it.

I did and for done reason I can’t reply to it. But, either way I already paid out to someone on Facebook who sent it to me minutes after it surfaced.

The new copy is up there

haha thats pretty funny.  My friend asked me about where he could go to sell it hours ago.  In discussing it, he said his friend thought he lost it, and then happened to find it.  So I didn't think it was publically shared yet.  Only between him and my friend.  So when I saw this, I wasn't sure what was going on.  Anyway, I dunno if you saw the other pictures, but it seems to be pretty cool!

Hi there!

I just looked up this database to check on this, but a local game shop in my area just posted on Facebook that they had an NWC grey come in for testing - it was 0345.  Not sure of the story behind it, but neat to see one in my neck of the woods!

@dpratt84 & @Jaeron

Thanks 🙂

I'll update the database, my buddy @DefaultGen already DM'd me earlier with photos. I'm really happy to see that people are aware of this thread to keep things updated though.

EDIT: UPDATED to add #0345 🙂

So with these cart(s) , is there anything special serial number on the board(s) besides having " nes-event " and the number on the label on the front cover ?

Also , are these chip(s) on the board used any where else in the nintendo world ?

The boards are unique to NWC, and the chips seem to be unique.

The DIP switch is hard to reproduce as well...however, I'm sure if you really wanted to find those chips on some other Nintendo product, you can look really hard and find it.

any pricing data on sales?

Nope, I purposely don’t track sales data and current owners.

I have a strict anonymity policy for all copies of this game, it’s how I managed to get so many photos of them to begin with and I don’t plan on breaking my one rule anytime soon.

Plus, VGPC does a good enough job and the the price on these thing is always “SPOT” meaning, whatever the spendy-est guy says it is that day.

what would you guess a full label like 149 would .99 auction on ebay for?

Did you manage to get it from that dude? Haha.

Well, ungraded it appears to be an average cart, maybe 6.5-ish condition just from the one photo and that’s not a lot to go off of, but still.

Im feeling it’s $35,000-$40,000 on eBay to be honest, but eBay isn’t the marketplace for NWC anymore.

would you be interested in adding a confidence score 1-100 as far as the number of photos that cart has of it and the picture quality of each image?

so u could go from light green to dark green

They aren't unique, someone already made new, indistinguishable copies using old period correct chips.
